Your equipment will be dispensed via UPS or curbside pickup (where available). In lieu of in-person setup and demonstration, we are offering online video resources to familiarize yourself with the equipment and therapy. Please note that most of these pickups will still require documentation to be completed by the patient or a representative. When you arrive locate your branch information or call the number posted on the door to have your equipment brought to your vehicle. It is best to call ahead to schedule your pick up time. You may at any time request a curbside pickup rather than entering our branch facility. We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, have traveled to any of the impacted countries (China, South Korea, Italy, Iran), or been exposed to anyone diagnosed with or suspected of having been exposed to COVID-19, that you make use of our curbside pickup option (see below), reschedule your appointment, choose home delivery or dropshipment of your items. We have enacted in person and phone screenings before admittance to our facilities in an effort to reduce contact and mitigate exposure risk.
